Function
- The Travel & Admin coordinator is contact person and executive resource for arranging travels, meeting and events and other travel related activities for the Client Norway AS according to Clients Travel Policy. General:
- Responsible for following the company policies regarding travel arrangements
- Responsible for coordination with Traveling Agency and follow up other travel related agreements in coordination with Purchasing dep.
- Responsible for maintaining ProPeople, Ckients Personell Tracking System.
- Responsible to book necessary courses.
Travel Coordinator
- Booking and follow up of flight tickets.
- Back up for the other travel coordinators
- Participate in meetings with Traveling Agency and other travel related companies
- Monthly reporting of travels abroad to central HR function
- Visa application administration
Administration Coordinator:
- Arrange meetings/ facilities for internal and external meetings
- Invoivce processing in Basware
- Order of flowers, cakes etc especially for the Installation Dep.
- Assists with registration of personell in external databases
- Assist with work permits Assist with tax related documentation and registration in accordance with Tax dep.
- Visa application administration
- Responsible for maintain the intranet page “Travel”
