Senior Engineer Automation – Oslo

Location: Oslo
Duration: 03/02/2025 – 02/02/2028

System Design, interface and follow up of ESD, PSD and F&G System as appointed by automation team lead
Specification of Global SIS system design through modification work, new system design and contractual interfaces
Develop SAS safety system design according to project requirements and at required detail level (FS, Hierarchy design, C&E, FPDS, I/O and HMI sketch input)
Participation in required multidiscipline reviews
Designing solutions that are aligned with existing plant, for integration of SIS systems.
Ensure that vendor and engineering information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project
Interface to other disciplines, contractors, suppliers and client
Offshore survey may be required

Required Education:

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field projects
Minimum 6 years’ Experience from automation and SIS system design, including experience with brownfield modifications on a SIS system.
Experience and thorough knowledge of automation design and networks according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC

Required Qualifications:

Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English – Both orally and in writing

Ability to work independently as well as in team
Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
