SCU Engineer – Oslo

Introduction

Location: Oslo 
Duration: 03/02/2025 – 31/12/2025

Function

  • Monitoring SCU suppliers, progress, and quality.
  • Analyzing and quality-assuring data from SCU systems to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Compliance with the Contract requirements and its national and international code and standards
  • Collaborating with other engineers and specialists to integrate SCU systems with other control systems.
  • Contribute to documenting technical solutions and changes in SCU systems.
  • Participating in meetings and projects related to SCU systems.
  • Not directly responsible for cyber security requirements but support the implementation of the same

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in automation, electronics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing and developing control systems, preferably SCU.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations within subsea technology.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations within cyber security in OT systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Structured and precise.
  • Independent and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engaged and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
