Function
- Resource Allocation: Strategically manage and assign resources to ensure optimal utilization and project delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Scheduling: Craft comprehensive project schedules that outline all critical milestones, deliverables, and activities, enabling seamless coordination and execution across multiple teams.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and prioritize potential project risks, formulating and implementing robust mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Communication: Act as the central hub for project communication, maintaining clear and proactive dialogue between teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate project components by coordinating new technologies, processes, and changes, enhancing the existing operational workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the integrity of project outcomes by establishing and enforcing rigorous quality standards, monitoring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Tracking: Diligently monitor and report on project progress using KPIs to identify successes and areas requiring attention, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Efficiently manage project scope adjustments, ensuring all changes are thoroughly documented, authorized, and communicated to all affected parties.
- Cost Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, exercising financial diligence to ensure fiscal health and adherence to financial projections.
Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree within Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certifications related to project management or planning is highly valued.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or management.
- Proficient in planning methodologies and tools, with a strong ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with planning software seg. such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for critical thinking and the ability to handle complex planning scenarios.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey planning strategies and schedules to team members and stakeholders effectively.
