Project Administrator – Stavanger

Introduction

Location: Stavanger
Duration: ASAP – 30.09.2025

Function

  • Admin Correspondance on allocated projects in the MOD-portfolio
  • Liaison on relevant tasks with ICT
  • POC for PIMS Correspondance when required
  • Training of internal/external users when required on correspondence
  • Support DCC/LCI-discipline when required
  • Support relevant technical/system-processes as required
  • Misc:
  • Mail distribution lists, holiday overviews and other overviews as required
  • Responsible for MODS teamsites and intranet for updates when required
  • Support resource overviews and office locations
  • Support meetings when required and facilitate for townhalls
  • Other admin support when required
  • IT-support: Light ICT-support where required on day2day use of systems and tools
  • Support IT-accesses where required
  • Maintain user/access overviews where required

Requirements

  • Three years relevant college degree or equivalent
  • Pro-actively follow up on progress of deliverables
  • Self organized, self-going
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills We expect you to be forward thinking, positive, and open for acquiring new skills.
  • You are strategic and structured, curious and a problem solver.
  • You are a team player with the motivation and skills to work across disciplines, motivated by continuous learning and development.
