Function
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code keeping architecture constraints.
- Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks.
- Implement/maintain cross-platform solutions using Flutter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development.
- Proficiency and hands on experience with React and Typescript in large-sized codebases.
- Hands on experience with cross platform development using React Native /Flutter.
- Practical usage of SOLID principles in React and Typescript.
- Solid knowledge of build tools and CI/CD process.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools and experience in writing unit and integration tests.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
- Experience with DevOps/Agile practices and tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for building accessible web applications.
- Hands on experience with PWA.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma) and the ability to translate design specs into functional components.
- Experience working with React query, MUI is a plus..
- Participating in WYSIWYG editor development is a plus.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Structured and systematic approach
- Good analytic skills Have the ability to work independently and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety and project goals
