Offshore Contractor Staffing Planner – Onshore – St. John's, NL

The Offshore Contractor Staffing Planner will: 

• Support the roll-out and daily use of DaWinci software for POB management.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the Personnel Plan to align with operational and maintenance activities.
• Support the Maintenance Plan and the 90-Day Production Plan.
• Manage the Travel  Request Process.
• Liaison between contractor representatives as it relates to contract interpretation and personnel management.
• Maintaining the Leave of Absence requests and coordinating suitable replacements.
• Conduct weekly Workscope Prioritization Review meeting to align and mitigate clashes.
• Work collaboratively with Logistics Department to identify and manage change as it relates to offshore travel.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to the training and regulatory requirements for offshore travel.
