IT Coordinator – Stavanger
Introduction
Location: Stavanger
Duration: Asap-6 months contract
Function
- Act as a point of contact between customer and Company
- Register and follow up tasks and tickets in our ticket handling system
- Assist Company IM Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Participate in internal meetings by request from IM Manager
- Participate in weekly standup meetings with Company IT Operations
- Ticket handling
- Assist users to apply for applications
- Teach users to use self service
Requirements
- Service minded
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred from a HelpDesk/ServiceDesk)
- Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow as ticket handling system
