IT Coordinator – Stavanger

Introduction

Location: Stavanger 
Duration: Asap-6 months contract

Function

  • Act as a point of contact between customer and Company
  • Register and follow up tasks and tickets in our ticket handling system
  • Assist Company IM Manager with administrative and operational tasks
  • Participate in internal meetings by request from IM Manager
  • Participate in weekly standup meetings with Company IT Operations
  • Ticket handling
  • Assist users to apply for applications
  • Teach users to use self service

Requirements

  • Service minded
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred from a HelpDesk/ServiceDesk)
  • Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow as ticket handling system
