Senior Mechanical Engineer – Stavanger

Introduction

Location: Haugesund, Bergen or Stavanger
Duration: 12/11/2024 – 31/12/2026

Function

  • Ongoing repair of older offshore riser pull in winch.
  • Test of equipment with DNV
  • Follow up on repair of wire blocks and carpenter stoppers
  • Patricipate in sub-surface interface
  • Assist in approval of NOV-crane for re-installastion
  • Create installation procedures
  • Create lifting procedures
  • Create contingency procedures for riser pull in collaboration with Costumer
  • Collaborate with DNV for final approval

Requirements

  • Required Education: Bachelor or masters degree
  • Required Work Experience: Experience from similar work
  • Required Qualifications: Experienced mechanical engineer / PRE Experience with lifting equipment and winches
